It is a must for every business owner to be resilient to let the customers feel they are important. there are many ill - feelings a business owner may feel in running his business not only to pricing but also attitudes and demands of the customers. When talking about business resilience, it means the description of an organization's ability to respond and adapt urgently to disruptions and or the unplanned change that could threaten its operation, workers, assets, brand, or reputation. They need to be also resilient workers is a must.

Resilence is not only needed in family but also in business this will make people know, like and trust your brand. you have to be a SUPERMAN in solving immediate needs and problem in your business.

The attitude of the business owner goes a long way and the person should always think of how to satisfy his or her clients but he or she should not satisfy them at his own detriment

And withstanding or solving problems in the business does not really have to do with capital sometimes. You just have to be smart about so many things instead of spending money unnecessarily

Being a resilient busiess owner means having a well-rounded personality, being well-adjusted, and could solve an urgent problem effectively. Business operators lacking this may lose patience and the employees will be affected likewise the customers. It is not good to see a boss frowning.
