Business Should Adopt Hybrid Option to Save Money

During the Covid lockdown and even after that most companies started with Work from Home because Government was not allowing more persons to work and it was safe for businesses to let them work from home and after things went back to normal they again started working from Office. I feel if they can adopt a hybrid model and let their employees work from home for one week or a month and then from the office it will be better as an office or business can save a lot of money with that because they don't need a bigger place for business and not much space required for parking but they need to see if their people are working efficiently or not when in WFH.

I like this option but sadly not all companies are adopting it and as per my understanding it's good for businesses and also for employees. This way both can save money and have more efficiency as no time will be wasted in commute

It is actually cost effective for the employer because they don't have to switch on all the lights and the PCs. They only need to put on lights to focus areas where there are people working. The AC too are not full blast. It will be cost-effective as well for employees. No traffic and can save on petrol.

Unfortunately most research papers say employers would, in case they need, first fired people who work from home or in hybrid model.

The fact is that there are so many unnecessary expenses that businesses incure that could be avoided.

Nice one though but it depends on the kind of work you are into. There are some that requires you have to be at the office to do it. In such a case it would be impossible to do something like this.

A hybrid pattern of work would help a company that can afford to do it save money. It would help in bureaucratic kinds of work schedules. It is not practiced in my country though.

The hybrid mode of working should be in such a way that those whose job role requires their physcia presence should always be present on site. The rest that their roles can be run remotely should run it that way.

Some companies had their staff work full time at home. It's only those who are in the delivery department that comes to work once in a week.

Now that the incidence of covid19 had been proved how convenient workers can work conveniently and comfortably cfrom their house without actually affected the smooth running and management of businesses, I know efforts are in top gear by some companies to introduce the system back in nearest future.

I couldnt agree more the ripple effect of businesses embracing a hybrid work model could be great. Imagine fewer vehicles on the road during rush hours, reduced emissions and less strain on our natural resources.

Yes this is usually a very popular working model especially in these offshore companies. Like my brother in-law he usually works one or two weeks in the office then one week at home, this gives them enough time to spend with their family.

Big companies are making use of this strategy and it is very good but I hope small companies can also begin to make use of this strategy because it will help them to save money especially the worker's
