People in the US don't typically experience it. Company parties and other get-togethers are among the frequent group activities that employees participate in in certain Asian nations.

Most of the people in our country are not foreigners. Therefore, majority of the people in here are locals who have been living in here for a long time or they were born in here. However, many people in the middle east belong to many countries and i have been there. They socialise pretty well with each other.
The reason why this kind of thing is happening in United States of America is because a lot of them they are racist and they try as much as they can to avoid getting involved socially with other races!
No. It is not like that. The American culture of '' mind your own business '' is the cause. Unlike in Nigeria where we establish social relationship, it is not like that in western world. Everybody just dey mind his own business. Greeting at time is an offensive to some. So it's this culture that is extended into working place.
Most American people hardly mind their business especially when blacks are involved. It is why they have so much hatred for them in whatever they are doing which they see black people successful in.
I am actually wondering why there is racial discrimination in businesses because we are human beings and I feel we are supposed to help ourselves it have the blacks or the whites instead of having this racial discrimination
There is nolonger a minoroty race now,there a few people that have broken bounderies and went ahead and achieved way beyond any race that one may think is more superior and signifigant than others.This simply means as an individual you can wprk hard and be whatever you want to be then you can get to enjoy those exclusive services.
Racism is the last thing we would think of at this stage because there are so many things that affects even those with all the premium health care and all the finer things.The call thgough is for a lot of people to learn to be partriotic and loyal to the nations and continent we are in.We need to build a self sustainable eco-system that can fully operate and function.Developed countries do not fight over corruption and plundering natural resources and they respect the rule of law that is why they can still send Aid in health care and other areas despite them faced with critical challenges like losing so many people due to a natural disaster and or self inflicted.
With that said then it would be easy to get to be friends with someone if you have a common ground or linkage.I think it is not so hard to share social actities with anybody as long as you are both okay with it.
