Buying from a supermarket or an open marker

Which do you prefer, a supermarket always have price tag on products that you just pick and pay the price tag but open market sellers say a price that you can still bargain before making payment. Which do you go for and why?

In my city, most cheaper foods and snacks are in the public market. Although they are in small shops.

Always with already know price. You will never know how much you will pay with bargain. Also if you will bargain with every customer, it will last very long. I would not go there and buy every day stuff.
