I am not aware of any sites which pay $1 daily for reading articles. That sounds too good to be true. But I can make $1 to do one survey. And I get payment instantly.

It may be good if you can earn $1 a day from reading but we never can tell how long we will read for. Will it be for over five hours? Those things need to be considered

True reading for 5 hours for 1 dollar sounds very like a waste of time lol most of the sites where you can get paid to read pays pennies and it takes years for you to cashout your money

I think it is possible from a couple of websites but you need to first qualify as a writer and only then you will be able to earn by reading articles
