Can websites that pays last forever?

Ever since l started the online earning business, l have never seen a genuine paying websites that have lasted for more than five yearsears. Most of them would reduce the pay rate as time goes.

Yes that's, true. Though I feel reducing the pay rates is way better than not paying at all. The economy is also affecting them, so with time they have to adjust their pay rates to be able to keep up with everyone.
