Can you access Stormgain

Stormgain was my favorite trading platform until the company decided to shut down my account because "their service was not available in my location" After using it for a couple of years, they are saying service is not available in my location. Can you use stormgain form your location?

I registered before in this site but didn't proceed and I noticed I cannot anymore open my account. They might have locked my account.
