Can you beg your friend to stay in your shop for a day?

I know the idea of a friend staying in your shop for you is so that your shop won't be closed but it has to be someone that you absolutely trust.

I had once seen one of my friend being robbed all of the money on their businesses by a friend. I strongly don't recommend that.
