It's a very good and healthy option but I don't think I can do that LOL as I need some food too.

I mean I do not like salad a lot but I can eat it I like salad with my food but not alone

Me too, I like salad with my meal and it tastes good with meal

Salad is nice it's also very healthy it taste a little plain but you can eat it with a lot of meals

That depends on what types of salad. If it is just vegetable or fruit salad, I won't feel full. If the salad has meat or seafood in it, it can definitely be my lunch.

I am not that so fancy when it comes to having salad with my meals. It is fine with or without salad.
