Can you focus the work with music? Or without music?

I love instrumental music so much.

When I do my translation work, I need to be very focused. I will not listen to any music while doing this kind of work.

I like to work with Music on and whenever I work like that I tend to stay fresh and confident and can work for longer duration.

In the past I liked music in the background while working but these days I do not like music in the background.

It depends on the work that I am doing. I am cool with music playing when I am sewing. But I don't tend to like it when I am writing or doing any mental work.

With music will help keep me going than just working. I work a lot of times with my music on which is good
