Can you prepare sweater at home?

I don't see people are skilled in knitting. Most of the people like to buy sweaters from market now a days.

Yes, may be because people don't like to wear home made sweaters these days so women have left it

Making a sweater at home is possible , if the person has plenty of free time, and the motivation to make a sweater.

I do not have knitting skills, however, when I was a child I used to wear knitted sweaters. My mom has knitting skills.
