I can't say it's the best, but without a doubt it's one of the best forums I've been to, you learn a lot, it's friendly and there are always interesting conversations going on, on the other hand the staff is friendly and competent, you can't ask for further.

Personally, I would say so far it has been a smooth experience, I like the fact that the admin of referral index forum is not very strict compared to other paid to post forums, the only limitations is just the daily limit of 1.050 which I believe it would definitely increase as time goes on.
