Can you work on two full time jobs in a day?

When I was working in a restaurant, one of my workmates used to work during the day in a gas station and at night in the restaurant. For me, that is too much work. I need rest (sleep especially) if I want to work effectively.
A full time job can be really tiring and you would be left with very little energy later to think of a second job. I really admire people who do that. There are some working on multiple jobs.
But you seem so active and participative on online forums. You can consider that as a second job. I see you very much involved and earning well.
There are many people who work two job. It is pretty hard to manage and it may consume a lots of time as well. This is quite important during the current period as inflation is quite high.
No I can't work in 2 fulm time active businesses in a day. It is stressful and dangerous to our health. Nature cannot be cheated. How can someone be working 24hours like a clock?. It is not advisable and health risks. The earned wages won't be succicient to cater when the health issues arises.
This is something that I will not be able to do because it is going to be putting too much stress on myself and I will most likely break down along the line.
I have never seen anyone working this way, how then will the person have the time to rest if such person is always working in the day and in the night. personally speaking, I can't do this because I need quality time for myself.
I used to close by 2 in my former workplace. And even as early as that closing time, I was always so exhausted to be able to even work online. Not to talk of working two full time jobs.
If the official daily working hours for both jobs are relatively few, I guess I can manage to handle the 2 jobs.
For instance, a day job may require me to work from 8 am up to 3 pm. In that case, I would be able to manage a nighttime job that requires me to work from 7 pm to 2 am.

To do so is to prepare oneself for untimely death. It is disastrous. To be working full time in 2 businesse is bad and not advisable. When the health challenges come, the total earning incomes won't be sufficient to cater for it.
