The ability to close a deal is a special skill on its own. Some people can negotiate but they don't know how and when to close a deal. That's what we call being sensitive.

A business deal should be just the way it was stated so that everything go on smoothly. if you know that you have had a fair deal it good to go ahead with it.

That's Why when a deal is concludes, it should be documented and signed. At that point, you can have a right to sue for compensation for waste of time. I know this kind of situations is always caused by indecisiveness.

This do happened a lot of times between business partners it never good to cancel a business deal that was agreed upon already but it seems some people can't help it

Example: By implementing an advance payment system for example 20%, if the transaction fails, the advance payment is forfeited. That way the buyer will think twice about canceling the transaction.

Cancellation of deals is inevitable. There is need to check what is actually wrong than to refuse to reconsider the deal. As a business owner, we must endeavor to please our customers and try to resolve our differences to keep the business alive.

One of the reason why business deals gets cancelled is when you change the terms of the agreement, which is why it is very necessary for you to stick to whatever that has been agreed on and not try changing anything.

I agree with you. Some people have the ability to negotiate well but they do not have the ability to close some deals. This may actually affect them in businesses

That's business for you, especially in situations where there are no financial commitments. It would make it a lot easier for them to break their word. There are even cases even when financial commitments have been made, a party can decide to break due to one reason or the other.

This Sometimes not good idea for the businessmen. You may cancel after the the deal being done and wish to execute another deal with the same business associates that you cancel the dealings with them.
