I agree I think this is what happens in most cases with people that backs out of deals.They might face problems in pursuing their deals, but in reality, it is not good, They have to think severally if their deal may not suffer after deciding and agreeing.

I agree with you. Some people have the ability to negotiate well but they do not have the ability to close some deals. This may actually affect them in businessesThe ability to close a deal is a special skill on its own. Some people can negotiate but they don't know how and when to close a deal. That's what we call being sensitive.
