Question Cannot convert Raw RIF to RIF Cash

I just tried to convert my Raw RIF to RIF cash. But when I clicked on "Convert Raw RIF", an error message showed up - This page does not exist. Anybody encountered this problem?

I have never experienced the bug on the site before since it resumed. However I lost some $0.25 of raw Rif after the conversion and failed to reflect on the Rif cash balance some times back.

Define "awhile back", as unreported issues that go unreported for more than a short period of time, can be hard to track down to a source issue.
