Cereal with or without sugar?

I love my cereal with sugar.but I have relaised that people eat cereal without sugar. Where is the fun in that.Sugar gives cereal that mmmhhhh taste. Without sugar cereal would just be boring.

This is the problem I face too and if you want your Cereal to be most effective then you need to have it without sugar and that;'s not my type

I really don't take cereals at all but in the past I used to eat cereals without sugar.

I tried it without sugar one time, it tasted to boring. I ended up adding sugar. Doubt IL ever try it again

I always enjoy using honey to eat some of my meal and I also like to use it to eat bread too.

I think in those without sugar still sugar exist. Carbohydrates are the building blocks for sugar and cereals.

Honey is so tasty and healthy for us. It is very good to eat it for breakfast. I like it on bread too. It is healthier than jam.

Sugar is important in cereal but if we can adopt the habit to have it without sugar then that will be so useful but I don't think I can have it without sugar.

it is always with sugar for me. I have sweet tooth

I use to use sugar to enjoy cereals. How will it taste without sugar? It will be tasteless and of no value to me. Though, I add milk but sugar is a must. I pity those that don't eat sugar because of health challenges like diabetes.
