Cold water in the morning

Had you made it a habit of drinking cold water or tap water in the morning before you even have your piping hot coffee? Sometimes I do it upon waking up but I prefer to take lukewarm water than cold water. This practice makes me feel hydrated.

When I get out of bed, the first thing I do is to drink a full glass of lukewarm water. I do not like to drink cold water early in the morning.

I drink coffee in morning. Maybe I should add a glass of water with it but I don't like cold water with warm coffee. It is bad combination for teeth.

I don't take cold water in the morning when I wake up. I prefer to warm it up a little.

I have been doing this for a long time so it has become more of a habit for me. Though there are times I do bath hot water.
