Corporate Hospitality is often carried out by the marketing department, to promote their products/services, or carried out by company leaders to collaborate. There are many ways that the marketing department does to attract potential customers, from eating at luxury restaurants, 4-star hotels, etc.
You can have a get together party once a year where you invite all the customers you have and host them as a show of appreciation for patronage. It is one of the ways of showing corporate hospitality.
Hospitality is very important in business, some companies always provide a minimum of water/coffee/tea drinks for their business guests. Then after completing the affairs in the meeting, the guests will be invited to eat at the restaurant, as a thanks.
