Hardest part is prove cyberbulling. If attacker don't use bad words in messages often people consider it as joke even sending hundreds smiles and memes is not funny. Especially in middle of night.

It is indeed happening in this modern word. I just do hope that they can maintain good ethings to each other. I am sure there are some guidelines that they need to follow under the jurisdiction of the government laws.
