You need to write more than 99 words. I wrote comment of 100 words yesterday and got 3 flakes. I think you should also get it.
I wrote more than that today but I have never gotten one. How can I get with more than that words? Maybe it is randomly even if it is more than 99 words.
I hope so it's a random award. Why do not you try for 15 posts more than 20 words to get the flakes?

for doing this. Then an additional random bonus between 0 and 4 I'll look into the issue. Can you post me some replies where you had made the minimum required of words?
I may decrease the minimum requirement. I just been noticing a lot of posts that aren't adding value to the thread, which is why I made it 99.

Actually, after taking a closer, look, 99 words does seem to be a bit high.
I've reduced the requirement to 70 words.

I want to make it a priority now that most of my posts should be quality posts and a little bit longer so that they are able to give a little bit more information for someone reading them and can be able to building on and make reference from.Maybe just then some of the snow flakes may come my way.

We will be counting the days down to Christmas day starting on Wednesday, Dec 14th EST time. Each day will bring something new. On top of this, for every day you log in, the daily sign-on bonus will be tripled. The Daily limit is raised from $1.05 to $1.45. So be sure to log in every day to see what the new day brings.

Here is an example of what happens after @cherry123 had sent @Starmix the red gift:
Theres Red, Green, Blue, and Gold
Each gift can only be sold once per day. It will last on the users profile for 7 days.
The exception is gold. It can only be sold once per 7 days. So only 1 person can have Gold at a time.

Is Outsourcing always useful
It won't be a good idea to Outsource everything that we feel we should in a business and we need to see its cost to the company and if we are sure that the cost will be lesser and in future it will further decrease then we should go against Outsourcing and get it done inside.

I have fixed an issue with the Gold colour text being a bit blurry on mobiles.
