Modeling agencies don't employ models but they sign models up on a contract. And there is no Talent management business that doesn't require the signee to get through some periods of brushing and grooming. No matter how established you are.

Don't you think signing them is just like an employment? Won't they make money from the modeling agency? And the fact that they will groom them does not mean that the person should not be good at it first.

This is actually a great idea, on the promotion of the models. I hope it's another good earning venture among the people interested in making the most out of the modelling career.

It is not an employment. It is a management deal. I have the talent, the agency would manage me to make the most of my talent. I am not am employee or staff. I am a signee.
