I must say no. In fact, my online shop started during the pandemic and was able to push through. I am working on it to progress this year.

Yes, I do my translation on Word and send the document to my client via email. I got my clients mainly from referral and word of mouth.

It is a good thing that you were not affected. I also did not feel that way, too. Since my online shop cannot be affected with this coronavirus, it continues to operate despite the pandemic situation. Luckily, I still have the business.

I am glad that you still have it. As for me, I started my online shop during the pandemic. However, I need to stop because there are so many requirements needed to accomplish. I personally think it is not worth to do them.
