I dont have any idea about this, i dont remember at all when i made paypal account, i choose personal or business account. I make that account at first for my online website that time, i have to pay it thru paypal, and that website was not doing good and i forgot about it, untill i joined mylot and using it again to get my payment. So, i'm sorry i cant help you

There is nothing like PayPal normal. We PayPal private or PayPal business. PayPal private is the account you open for individual while PayPal business is the account you open for business. You can open either of them especially if you want to open verified PayPal account with unlimited fund.

This is the first time I'm hearing that the rules for all countries are different but it is not available in my country though

I don't know I use business account but I don't have bussness well there has to be difrences between these two I don't know maybe it has to do something with transactions

It is true! a PayPal business account is basically used by businesses because it covers huge transactions at once.
