That's true and one major disadvantage with online stores is that there is no option to test what you buy. If there is any issue with the products it would take another period of time to return it and get a refund or another.

Yeah, you are right, the delivery fee added in most cases is similar to your transport fare when you want to get it offline, even attimes your to and fro transport may be more than the delivery fee charged.since they do bulk delivery in most cases so they just divide the total delivery cost among those who order.

Add delivery cost to product sold is not new only in online store alone. It is applicable to offline business as well. If you go to store to buy stuffs, automatically, you will pay for your delivery cost on the stuffs. Same thing apply where online store has to deliver your stuffs to you at your own cost.
