In my view, they should implement sanctions to their employees if they disobeyed their rules. Besides the point, it is the best way to control misbehaviors of their workers and those people were sanctioned will serve as examples that they need to obey company's policies.

Nice one, this should be done at the very beginning, so the workers can get use to it. Introducing it midway, most of the workers would not be able to adjust easily.

Imposing sanctions would help keep the staff in check. You might not even need to implement those sanctions. Just make it be there so that they can toe the right path.

Yes it is actually necessary as this will reduce and discipline among the employees.
You are so into the right point. I remembered a friend of mine that he keeps whining about his company's sanction rules and the like. I go tired of hearing him about it because it is like a record that keeps playing again and again. Thus, I gave him a big blow of advice and that is to quit to work with his company. He cannot do anything about it because a rule is a rule in that company.

It is indeed the standard rules for the company to impose them to their employees and staff. A company will never be organized without these guidelines to follow strictly by them. I was so wondering why some employees keep on whining about certain rules. They forgot that they signed a contract for agreeing to them.

Yes, it's true I totally agree with you, but it would be better if the sanctions were made based on a mutual agreement with the workers, so they can feel more valued and will try to avoid these sanctions and work well.

It is understandable that employees once violate the rules and policies of the company a sanction will follow, but an investigation for fairness will bedone first. If found guilty the sanction will be dismissal from work.

I am not against sanctions for violating rules. Even in the process of applying sanctions, you have to hear the staff out. And if possible, reconsider the sanctions and warn the staff.

Every company have rules and regulations which employees must follow, failure to keep to the rules will definitely attract some disciplinary measures. It will be chaos and destructive if a company does not have stipulated rules that will guide workers in a working place.
