Yes, sanctions need to be carried out on workers that failed to keep to the rules of a place. it will definitely attract some measures. to curb excesses of the workers

A good work place must have rules and regulations if not they will be choas, So It is not out of place for a workplace sanctions for bad workers here
That's right, rules and regulations are there in order to make sure everyone and everything is in order. Once there is no rules, it would also affect the quality of their production and as well as the services.

Companies always sanction an employee committing an administrative case. The sanction for that is dismissal from work. Another sanction is immorality an employee engaging with an immoral act with a co-employee. There's sanctioned imposed by companies.

A place without rules and consequential sanctions for breaking of the those rules would be chaotic. A workplace must set realistic rules that must be applied when there is a violation. It is important to help the organization move and grow.

It depends on the kind of offense that the employees would make that should determine the kind of sanction to be put on them as if they are not done then the company or organisation would be at loss.

Yes companies these days have rules and there is a particular punishment attached to each offense. So when you make a particular offence, they simply give you the punishment based on what is stated in their law.

It is even a good thing that employees to be sanctioned when they commit an offense but not something that is extreme in a school where the wife of the proprietor of the school was sanctioning the teachers #500 each day they get to miss school even when they are sick and they are paid #12000 per month.
