Do generic shopping to save money

Sometimes I do this but many times I trust on the one item brand for the buying of food especially but I do this when I used to buy clothes cosmetics etc

Personally I don't care about anyone as long as the product that I'm buying is something that is good which is going to serve my need for it.

For some things I can't do it, because I prefer the brand that I usually buy. Example: For tea, toothpaste, soap, shampoo, perfume, and the like, I usually buy from the same brand because of compatibility. For other items such as what I eat or drink, I can still make cheaper alternatives. Example: Instead of buying coffee at cafes that are more expensive, I prefer to make my own coffee at home.

It is good idea while we do shopping sometime branded products remain very high prices on the other hand the generic same product remain in very low prices. So usually I prefer to purchase generic product.

I did on some items but on some items like food I always stick to the brand I like.

Yeah you need to be sure of the brand you are buying though. But if it doesn't make sense no need if you have other generic products that are cheaper

When the generic law was passed here in my country there was adverse reactions from the medical sector. It's still a matter of choice because most generic drugs lack the efficacy as those of the branded drugs.
