Even when they are majorly concerned with recruitment and management of staff, they have budgets that are related to recruitment methods as regards advertisement, publicity and training. No part of an organization that doesn't plan.
This is why they have department in every organisations so that they can make plans for the things that they want to do in the future because it is not possible for them not to plan

Frankly speaking, planning is one of the major functions in most offices. Therefore in the human resources department office there must be done what we call monitoring and evaluation for the reports from time to time which rely greatly on the planning.

Definitely, planning is for all departments even when this dept is about recruitment and management of staff, they still plan for the success of it because we all need success

Any personnel in human resources do plan. It is not easy to manage human beings. Human beings have heterogeneous natures. The success recorded in any business organization is the efforts of its Personnel Managers. Therefore, personnel managers do plan.

Planning should be essential.for all individuals. it is important to plan and that is why we have the planning committe in almost all organization. There should always be planners here

During my school days, I always wondered how do personnel in Human Resource Department plan. It is impossible that they won't do this. Do you have any ideas about it?

There is always planning in any kind of job someone is doing including those that are working in human resource department they have a plan on how they do their job. They can't recruit without a plan.
