In most cases, I use my hands to wash the dishes, do the laundry, clean the house, etc. LOL

We have a clothes washing machine but dishes are washed by hand and that is done by my maid. I hardly get to do it.

Yes washing with hands is the best for me I feel so because you will see all the stains on the cloth and wash that part so well.
