Not just dietary requirements concerning health issues but also religious affiliation. In our trainings especially if it covers regional sector pork is never served in reverence to our Muslim brothers and sisters.

Yeah, this is very important, in order to avoid wastage and also not providing meals in huge quantities that could later lead to wastage. Asking them about that might seem wired but then it's necessary.

I think this should definitely be the case. Additionally, if you have a food business, then you must always keep in mind the dietary restrictions of your customers and make the ingredients crystal clear to them before they purchase your products.
