Do you believe in any superstition activity?

Despite we all are educated and in the 21st century and moving forward many people still follow superstition things and some of these are just so stupid, to say the least, but I am not going to get into this today and maybe post some other thing but there are some of the superstition things people unknowingly do like in India people put lemon and green chili at the top corner of their door and they feel it will bring good luck.

There are so many Superstition in India and I feel people should stop following these as people still believe in them and follow these religiously even if they don't make any sense

I believe strongly in reincarnation because I've seen a child that was reincarnated in my community because he bore the exact same mark of someone that died few months back.

I think the older generation mostly believe in these things and I know certain people that are mature and are like that.

It is actually a very big thing that our ancestors believed and so I believe it is right for us to believe in them too.

Here superstition is greatly believed, but i don't believe in it. I have seen people pour salt in cups and put the cup next to their bed side, they believe it chases away evil spirits. And also they crack an egg into a glass and if it foams then it means that the ancestors are happy with you.

Superstition here are more like cruise to me, I don't believe in any of them like washing your face with coconut water it was believed that if you do so you will be able to see spirits

Yea I think that's the point , thinking about some I heard of it was just like to caution people.

But one thing I have noticed is that the mind is a powerful thing. Someone will be superstitious and things will happen according to what they believe. 2hich goes to show, what ever your mind thinks will happen will.

Yeah, I think that's what made superstition gain much stand because of the mind

At some point there were basis for these superstitions. Like back home it is considered to be bad luck to cut nails at night. And well that's probably just because at night it is dark and you cannot see what you're doing well.
