Do you believe in excuses?

One thing that I have noticed about people is that they love to give excuses for their failures. I generally don't believe in excuses, but results.

People see me to be unreasonable because I don't always want to listen to the excuses of people. Do you believe in entertaining excuses when it comes to results?

I would listen to what the person says when s(he) failed or made a mistake and judge if the reasons given was just an excuse or s(he) did try his/her best.

Giving excuses for failing means you did not learn anything from it. And it is only the brave who have the courage to own up to their mistakes.

No, I don't believe in entertaining excuses when it comes to results. While circumstances may present challenges, making excuses prevents taking responsibility and finding solutions. At the end of the day, results are what matter most.

For me l can used the excuses in situations where l am lying so that l can get some favour or something.

I think not all fabricate an excuse especially if there is a proof of such excuse. In my case I have to respect his or her feelings regardless if true or not.

Excuses are always there. In a matter of fact we can't avoid them at all costs. I however don't like to use them.

It depends on the nature of the excuses given. While it is perfectly normal to encounter initial failure, recurring failure may be indicative of underlying issues. In such cases, he or she must put in more effort to achieve success in life.
