Do you believe that conflict is always bad?

Personally speaking, it is not a bad thing to always have conflicts with other people. It only means that we need to brought up the issues or concerns to be resolved as soon as possible. If we delay doing this, it will result to a big problem sooner or later.

I think that depends on the extent of the conflict. If a conflict leads to fighting, then it's bad. On the other hand, having disagreement is a good thing. It can bring out new ideas and opinions.

I think it's normal to have conflicts. We are humans with different upbringing and ideology. So it's normal to have conflicts.
