Do you call your customers to check on them?

There was a time when one of my prominent customers who comes to my shop everyday didn’t come to my place for a week and I was worried.

I had to call her number and realized she was dead and I was shocked and felt bad. That’s why it is always good to check on your friends because we never can tell what must have happened to them.

Sadly to say, i do not call my customers to check up on them. It is not good and i've decided that from henceforth, i would call my customers once in a while to check up on them.
