You should negotiate because there is lots of margins for the shopkeepers if they sell anything on MRP. They may give discounts to increase their sale.

But I only buy in the mall except when buy in the market, I have to compare to save some pesos.

In malls they don't reduce their rates , they will charge as per MRP only.
