Do you consider eating less for the sake of saving money

Most low to middle income earners have so many problems. These people are very broke and the only way of saving money is through skipping of meals or reducing the food quantity.

I do not think we need to do this. We can have enough food if we prepare affordable meals on the table. Not only that, but we can have them in a healthy way. We do not need to be extravagant when it comes to this concern.

I like eating cheaper food, for instance, eating soy for protein instead of meat, to save money but I don't compromise with less food.
