Do you do water fast for good health

Sometime doctor recommend some patients, when the patient is suffering from kidney stone, doctor advice to them to drink and drink water and as a result they will pass out urine much more and the possibility increases that stone will pass out through this process.

It's actually called water therapy. I do it all the time because it's good for health. My mother taught me how to do it.
I am not doing this ever since. Our intestines must not be empty. The cause of my father's death was cancer f the large intestine. He was a military officer and always skipped meals during service and his large intestine has nothing to digest. Our food is digested every 3 hours.

Sorry about your loss. but this fast isn't a long one though
You can try to eat in moderation, measure the food instead of emptying the stomach. Milk could assist hunger than water.

That's good to hear. We need self control especially on eating hehe. Eating does a lot of excitement.
Am not doing any form of fasting again because I did 40 days of fasting and prayer and my body have not recover from the effect of the fasting. I use to drink water anytime I feel like. I have no business with fasting again.
