I am not so easy to react and when I do, I get stressed so much on the inside. So I will have some quiet time where I process through the feelings before I can finally address the person who wronged me. Sometimes back, I was doing this destructively where I would bottle up the feelings. But these days, I have learnt to handle them without necessarily changing how I react, that is usually pretty in born and hard to change.

That's right and our blood boils wanting a fight, but it's best to be calm and broad minded to be cool and admired.

Funny but it's true. There are so many people walking around us today that are not in their right senses, so how we deal with them matters a lot.

I react right away if I do not like something that is forced me to buy. They have to let me decide not they to decide for me,
