Do you enjoy having your boss around?

When it comes to working for someone, there are days where your boss is usually around and there are times where he might not be around. Do you usually enjoy having your boss around or do you prefer working when your boss is not around. Personally i prefer the later back then, there id usually less tension.

Well, it depends on the personality of the boss. if it is the accommodating type then there's no problem but for the tension building ones I prefer them not to be around

In where I work I really enjoyed having my boss around it's one of those things that do give me joy so I talk to him and he resolve any issue beyond my control

I enjoy having my boss around because he buys snacks for staff during breaks. My boss is not someone that nags and his presence is motivation to staff. That only happens when you have a humble boss though.

Yes such boss really worth having and I think we need to welcome such boss within us so I have no regrets having my boss around me

I mean he is usually working himself so I do not see him that often he is nice guy but I'm not close with him sometimes we do talk but mostly about work

Other bosses are very polite and kind to their subjects. The workers can however enjoy the company for the boss.

I presently work for myself but when I used to work for someone, I prefer having my boss around because she works better than me and make work easier
