Absolutely, missing my daily tea or coffee ritual can definitely trigger headaches for me. I've grown quite accustomed to that morning caffeine boost, and when I don't get it, withdrawal symptoms start to set in. A dull, throbbing sensation builds behind my eyes, often accompanied by fatigue and difficulty concentrating. It's a stark reminder of just how deeply ingrained that cup of warmth has become in my routine.

ln most circumstances the people that are addicted with the coffee and tea would suffer from headaches as result of missing out that one.
I have always heard of such but it has never happened to me before. I guess those people may not be having headache. They’re just very addicted and that’s why they feel there is something wrong with them if they haven’t had their coffee

This only happens to the coffee and tea addicted individuals. They would have constant headaches until they take the coffee or tea.
That's right, only coffee addicts find it difficult to adjust the demand of their nervous system. It's already in their body system unless try hard to exit that demand.

I read somewhere as tea contain some chemical to which when we quit for sometime then we started feeling uncomfortable, sometimes headache and started yawning. But for me it is controlled thing as one to two days I feel this after then everything comes normal.
