Adsense is usually considered the best way to earn from a website, however, when you start using adsense you will find that it is really hard to earn from adsense. Since adsnese has a high withdrawal threshold, it might take many moons to reach the payment threshold. Are you also in the same position? Is it also difficult for you to earn from adsense ads on your site?

I will admit since getting two forums approved on Adsense I am noticing just how much more difficult it is to earn using Adsense. I am able to earn but at the moment I am only earning a little per day which is good for me and I look forward to seeing it increase the more I work on bringing traffic to my forum.
Although l have never applied for the Google AdSense, but l have known some information regarding the same very clearly from the webmasters and bloggers that we share the same discussion groups on the relevant forums that it's very difficult to be accepted by that.

Have you ever used adsense? I don't think so. Getting approved is easy, earning is difficult. To get approved, all you need is a self hosted site with a lot of unique and well written content.
Almost 10 years before this was very easy to get AdSense approval. You just need to make a raw video or just simple website on blogger and apply for account. You would have to get it and then you would have to earn easily. I was earning $100 within few months, but nowadays what are the requirements you all knows it well.
I never got my blog approved for an Adsense account. I need to work on it to make it attractive enough for it to be worthy of an adsense account

The basic requirement for adsense approval is quality content. Quality content means well written content that does not appear on any websites, quality content also means content that offer useful information.
To be honest, I had a hard time earning from Google AdSense when I still had my website. It took me a year or more to earn from it. LOL
On local Croatian webmaster forum people start complain about Adsense earnings. Their earnings drop down for 80-90%. This people are professionals and they live from it. Now they have plans go for another network since Adsense can't even cover expenses.
