To successfully run a business, proper management is needed, not just to manage the given resources alone but also humans as well. Your customers and employees are part of does you would have to manage. In your current business do you find it hard to manage your customers and employees or are they giving you a pretty hard time .

As a business owner, I try to be nice and humane to my staff. And they in turn return to me a warm disposition which makes it very easy for me to manage them. I rarely have issues with my staff because they make it easy for me to manage them.
In my days as an employee, I was head of a particular department iny organization and I have to say that managing people is one of the most difficult aspects of management. I have challenges managing women effectively.
I am a department head of my organization and I am glad I am able to manage my subordinates well. I head the treasury department and so far so good that my staff are very cooperative and collaborative.
As a music producer, I get to work with people everyday and I have to say that I find it easy to manage any character of person that comes my way. That's because I understand human temperaments.
I am a person that has worked in so many places and have experienced different kinds of treatment from bosses and that is why I try to understand people that are working with me not to be a harsh boss man I find it quite easy to manage characters in my business.
Managing people is not really easy. It would mean tolerating their excesses while in the same time being firm for them to align with organizational goals. I am not very good at managing people because I don't have the patience for that.
So far I can organize and manage the people under my business well, both workers and customers. Unless that person has a character that is difficult to manage and can't be compromised. People like this I usually put out of business because they bother me.

Have you tried leading before? You know you never can tell until you actually find yourself in this positions and you would discover that you would even do better than you had expected before.
I had worked as the Head of Customer Care Department. It was quite a challenging job. Some customers were difficult to handle. When workers in my team encountered difficult customers, they may get frustrated. I was required to provide proper support and guidance to them.

True, but that's not the cases most times. Even professional do have a hard time in some cases, managing people have been proven to be one of the hardest things out there.
The people that are working in our studio are very friendly and we don't tend to have any issues. They are mostly ladies and they have some ladies attitude but nothing over the board.
I try to be patient with people and make excuses for their excesses but it gets to a point that it is over the bar.
