That is normal, for a worker to wear the prescribed uniform. In my case, I can wear or not a uniform. I prefer to pay a penalty. I feel bored wearing the same clothes.

We don't have to pay the penalty but it looks bad when you don't wear uniform and ask worker to wear it.

If you are not looking for branded clothing, you can find cheap new clothes in some small boutiques. I prefer getting new clothes due to hygiene concerns.

I don't have problems of clothes. I have so many clothes mixed branded and local. I still have dresses not even worn once.
