Do you focus on the attraction or the retention of the customers on the business?
For me l would go for both of the ventures on the business. I think the most important thing for businesses to do is to be in a position to attract and retain the customers at the same time.
I think a business should do both. Promote your products to attract new customers and at the same time, offering great customer service to retain your existing customers.
You cannot take away one from each other. You would have to attract customers in order to retain them. I would focus on maintaining old customers as a priority and chase new customers too at a good intensity.
It should be both. We cannot just choose one option when having the business and targeting the clients in the market. Both existing and targeting clients are needed to make the business works in the market, especially if you are offering services to them.
For me, I believe tha what you have at hand is more valuable than what you would potentially have. I put energy in attracting and retaining new customers but I focus more on retention of customers v
