Some people just don't want share reasons and they don't have to. It can be personal reason and not even related to job. Managment don't have to know that.

It is always good though to do this because you might need your previous employer endorsement of you for your current job, you never can tell what the future holds for you

When I gave up my last job, I left without even telling the employer that I will quit. I had a row with the employer and I just stopped going to the job.

It is a formal way to give notice to his or her current employees. If you don't, you will leave a bad impression and cannot have a certificate of employment.

There are definitely reasons though, certain times it could be due to unplanned situations, while in other cases they are just being wicked. Then there are cases whereby the attitude of the employer actually push them to take such actions.

I think it is a must for an employee to give notice to his/her employer if they want to quit their jobs. Actually it is a common practice or part of company's policies that should employees feels like to quit, there should be a 30 days notice, to give way for the search of a new and substitute employee for the would be vacated position.

They decide because of unbearable pressure, just think although they love with their family members, they know about the job crises but after all this they give resign I had done this and I know how much difficult it is.

Most employment contract in our place requires employees to give one month notice or payment in lieu to quit the job.
Loosing a staff suddenly, especially a key one would mean losses that the business or organizations cannot bear. This gives them time to convince you, or time to look for a replacement.
