Do you give out a notice when you about to quit your job

Why do you think staffs or workers may decide to quit their current jobs without notice regardless of earning handsomely in the Jobs?

Well, I quite my last job without actually telling people that I am about to quite. I merely told them that I am quitting right now, but 'I may return". In many cases, you may be required to inform the company.

Loosing a staff suddenly, especially a key one would mean losses that the business or organizations cannot bear. This gives them time to convince you, or time to look for a replacement.

Where I was working executives had to give 60 days notice. I did that when I resigned.

Whereas in my company we have to give notice of 3 months (90 days).

In some organisations that I have worked in, I always send out a notice. Im other organisations, I don't even bother and just ghost them.

A lot of work places here requires employees to give one month notice or payment in lieu to quit the job. if you don't no pay for you.

It's a rule everywhere in our country. It is compulsory because it takes time to train another person, so the notice period is required for a person who has quite a job.
