Do you Gym or Exercise at Home Daily?

Many people like to Gym daily or Exercise at home but I prefer to exercise at home.

What do you prefer?

1 went to gym before but now I jog for 1 hour then create 15 minutes walk at 5 pm. then dive in deep sea every Saturday morning.

I do exercise but it's not something crazy I don't really like to exercise but it's not so bad it's good for health and you can also look better if you go to the gym

We go weekly my boyfriend does physical therapy on his knee and the place he goes I can workout for $1 they don’t have a lot I just do the treadmill and walk inside .

I try to exercise at home only and I feel its best for me

No, I do not go to gym. I prefer to do stretch exercises at home. I also take a 30-45 min walk along the riverside every morning.

Eventhough I am a physical therapist, I never do pumping iros in the gym. I only do cardiovascular exercises at home.

I have never visited a Gym nor am I a member. Anyway I do light exercises mostly Pranayama (Yoga)

I was a member of a gym club and did the gymming twice a week before the pandemic, but now I just swim in the deep sea and jog and walk energy afternoon.

Yes, because I try to get in exercises into my routine daily so I always gym either indoors or outdoors

While I don't have a perfect routine, I do make an effort to exercise regularly, usually at home. My home workout setup is modest but functional. I have some basic equipment like resistance bands, dumbbells, and a yoga mat.

I don't gym everyday. But I do so every weekend and I is always at the gym where I have a membership.
