Do you have meatless meals?

There are days when I choose not to eat meat because it has become expensive, especially nowadays. It is beneficial to have meatless days, particularly if you have hypertension or any chronic disease. It can also help you save money.

Same here, there are times where I do not use meat or fish for my dishes, due to how expensive it is. Then there are days I opt for eggs over meat.

I think this is a better approach. Eggs are good sources of protein that can still help to balance meals in place of meat.

I do not eat meat every day, I do not include meat products on each meal I eat. Normally, I eat meat 2-3 times in a week and I eat vegetarian meals for rest of the week

We need to take care of our health as we age. Let us focus on eating more fruits, vegetables, and fish.
