I am a nibbler and a small eater but like to eat specially snacks now and then in between meals.

No fasting or feasting...that should be the mantra for every diabetic patient. I have insulin dependent diabetes. I have to be very disciplined with my diet and portion. But at times, I am carried away with the temptations and tend to overeat. It would happen especially when I am at my mom's place and she makes my favourite dishes. My mom will try to stop me.

Yes Overeating has definitely been an issue for me at times in my life. Like many people, I have a tendency to turn to food for comfort or as a coping mechanism when stressed or emotional.

No, I will not overeat because I have some indigestion problem. I tend to eat small meals but more frequent. That would make my stomach more comfortable.
