I will like to invest in real estate but I don't have fund to invest. Real estate is very lucrative and profitable especially in developing countries. Real estate investment is easy way to the goldmine.

My grandpa always told me, "Son, they ain't makin' any more dirt, so buy all you can". I have to say, it was good advice and now I own my own home free and clear.

You would be surprised how much Real Estate I have bought with no money changing hands. One example that comes to mind is when I was in the computer business I had a guy that wanted to start a new business himself and was desperate to get a computer system, so he traded me three lots at the beach for a used unit I took in on trade. The lots had some legal problems, but they were easy to fix and I sold two of them for a nice profit. The third one turned out to be a stiff, but I still came out way ahead.

Owning your own home is one thing I've learnt not to take for granted. The freedom that comes with it is underrated, and I feel like it's impossible to build wealth anyway if you still rent your house.

I never tried to invest in a real estate. It is not my cup of tea to deal with this kind of business. In my country, you need to undergo a series of training to have the real estate license as an agent.
